Jonny J, the Woodstock Hooker, has been creating hats that are conservative for the job and fun for the weekend — all in one hat. Other designs have flaps that look ornamental, but can be opened or closed to ventilate or keep out the snow. Innovate hats, that look good, are fun to wear and feel soft to the touch. All of them hand made in the US. Lark Books chose three of my designs for their hardcover compendium: Cool Crocheted Hats, 40 Contemporary Designs, edited by Linda Kopp. A special "Thank You" is in order for Linda Kopp. She is a wonderful editor and one of the easiest-to-deal with people I have had the pleasure of working with.
